Welcome back!
When we first watched Prison Break tv show, four years ago, we’re not sure about the future of the show. Speculations were that series would not go very long and would last only one season, because once the guys broke out the prison, in the season finale, there would be no more prison breaks. But, the success and ratings it got during the first season made the network and creators to think over it once again. And, finally they people decided to renew it over and over again.
When ‘Prison Break’ returned with the second season, guys were again on run; they were incarcerated in Sona and in the third season, they once again tried to break out of the prison. And, this year with fourth season, Michael and Lincoln worked together to get Scylla. We saw them bringing the Company down and getting their freedom. The latest episode we watched on ‘Prison Break’ was ‘The Sunshine State’ and here we saw Lincoln and his team traveling to Miami looking for Scylla. Michael discovered some shocking secrets about his past.
During the first season of ‘Prison Break‘, it came into light that show was 90% drama and 10% sci-fi. What I think about the show is that its’ not realistic enough. One day you watch Michael undergoing a major brain surgery and the next day, okay next to next, you see him with no bandages. That’s pretty interesting and I appreciate their way of presenting things as they never try to stretch anything. Once you start guessing what would be next, they stop airing it and send you in the midst of next puzzle. OMG!!!
I was quite okay with the third season and what induced me to watch the fourth season of Prison Break was the news that Sarah Wayne Callies would be returning. The way she returned and her role in this season once again proved that Prison Break writers are really very smart people.
Well, as of now, series is on a mid-season break so fans have set their sights on the upcoming finale episode of series. The success of the show gives the fans a tiny ray of hope that a Prison Break movie would also come knocking on our doors soon enough… let’s see!
