Michael Scofield: [pointing to the inmate who is already holding on to the pocket] I see you already have a girlfriend
John Abruzzi: This little polka that you and I have been dancing for awhile… as of right now, it’s over. Fibonacci. I want to know how you got to him and where he is right now.
Michael Scofield: It’s not going to happen, John.
John Abruzzi: [nods] We’ll see.

Michael Scofield: What are you doing?
Fernando Sucre: What’s it look like I’m doing? I’m rolling it up.
Michael Scofield: You can’t do this!
Fernando Sucre: I’m done playin’ your reindeer games, fish. I’m gonna transfer to a nice, quiet cell with a normal cellie. One that doesn’t screw my entire life up.
Michael Scofield: Preparation will only take you so far. After that you gotta take a few leaps of faith.

Dr. Sara Tancredi: [Cut to Fox River infirmary. Sara tends to Michael's bandaged foot] No redness or swelling, so there’s no sign of infection. I’m going to keep it on antibiotics for the next ten days. You should be good!
[She stands up]
Dr. Sara Tancredi: Michael you understand by law I’m obligated to file a report if I feel there’s been prisoner misconduct. There’s no way this injury happened by stepping on a blade in a garden shed.
[Michael pulls on his sock]
Michael Scofield: If you file the report, things could get a lot worse for me.
Dr. Sara Tancredi: They’re not already?
Michael Scofield: Not compared to what they could be.
[He looks down]
Michael Scofield: I’ve made some enemies.
Dr. Sara Tancredi: Yeah. Scared?

Michael Scofield: There’s an inmate here named James Whistler. I’m looking for him.
McGrady: Welcome to club. Everybody looking for him.
Michael Scofield: Why’s that?
McGrady: He killed the Mayor of Panama City’s son. In a bar fight.

Michael Scofield: I need you to trust me.
Lechero: Ooh, trust you? I don’t know you good enough, brother. Teodoro!
[T-Bag comes in]
Theodore ‘T-Bag’ Bagwell: Si, Patron?
Lechero: Can I trust this bobo?
Theodore ‘T-Bag’ Bagwell: Him? He’s a snake. He stabbed me in a back every chance he got.
Lechero: Huh…
[approaching Michael]
Lechero: A snake who stabs a man in the back? I never heard of such a creature before.

Michael Scofield: You wanna help, find out who’s trying to bury him.
Veronica Donovan: No-one’s trying to bury him, Michael. The evidence was there.
Michael Scofield: The evidence was cooked.
Warden Henry Pope: Son, it’s better for me to owe you one in here than for you to owe me one, I can promise you that.
Michael Scofield: I’ll take my chances.

Veronica Donovan: I deserve to know. I loved him as much as you did.
Michael Scofield: Past tense for you, maybe. Not me.
Michael Scofield: Someone wants him dead, Veronica. Something more is going on here.
Veronica Donovan: This is desperation, Michael. You’re grabbing at straws. You’re in denial.
Michael Scofield: Maybe. But I can’t watch him die. I won’t do that.

Michael Scofield: Abruzzi, I need you to hire me at PI.
John Abruzzi: [calmly] Beat it.
Michael Scofield: [with a smug smile] Maybe you oughta hear what i got to say.
John Abruzzi: you got nothing I need
Michael Scofield: wouldn’t be too sure of that.
[places a origami crane in front of Abruzzi]
John Abruzzi: [cynically] my mistake, just what I need - a duck!
Michael Scofield: PI, abruzzi. u might find that i can be of more assistance than you think.
[abruzzi's goons get up menacingly]
Michael Scofield: [Scofield starts backing off, smiling] mull it over, come find me when you’re ready to talk.
