Sara and Lincoln head to Miami in search of T-Bag, Gretchen Morgan and Don Self to take away Scylla from them. In this process someone attempts to shoot Lincoln and a heavy gunfire ensues.
Michael is seemingly in The Company’s safe house, around sixty miles from the nearest town. A psychiatrist by the name of Dr. Knowlton tries to persuade him to be a part of the Company in which his mother, Christina Rose Scofield still worked. To back up his theory, the doctor hands Michael some childhood photos.
The woman who was the cause of shoot out at Lincoln, Tia is with Carruth in Cahoots and Lincoln with the help of her wallet directs Self and T-Bag to Tia’s place where they find some proofs and plan to gun down Lincoln. Gretchen throws up a suggestion to transport Scylla by boat. Alexander Mahone joins them in Miami soon after having a talk with Lincoln.
The General asks Sara to relax for some time in the hotel while she waits there uncomfortably.
To source some information, Alexander Mahone and Don Self go up to the harbor master’s office while T-Bag and Gretchen search the harbor. Lincoln gets hold of T-Bag immediately.
Sara gets kidnapped by Lisa, the General’s daughter who tells her the exact address where Michael has been confined.

Alexander Mahone manages to arrange the security disk from the office of harbor master and now everyone knows that the buyer of Scylla would be in Miami anytime soon. Lincoln discusses with Alexander Mahone about Michael and the issues with the Company.
Sara has made up her mind to help Michael escape from the confines of the Company but T-Bag informs this to the General who in turn asks Dr. Knowlton to handle the situation.
Michael manages to tamper with the water heater, resulting in an explosion, due to which the injection by which Dr. Knowlton had planned to drug Michael hits him by mistake. Michael seizes the opportunity to run away.
Don Self knows from the tape about Carruth who at the moment is sealing some kind of a deal with Gretchen Morgan. Gretchen later informs everyone that she has now all the details about the buyer of Scylla.
In the woods, Michael has the Company men on his trail but Sara comes in time to save him, while later he tells her that his mother still exists in this world.
As Self explains to the others that Gretchen is in fact a whore, and has a family background of prostitution, at the other side, Gretchen changes sides and shoots down Carruth, the buyer’s man and in turn is shot by Alexander Mahone.
Lincoln attends Carruth’s phone and talks to the buyer, not knowing that the buyer is none other than his mother ‘Christina Rose Scofield’.
