Don Self informs his superior, Stanton that the killing of their agents was the work of the brothers, Lincoln and Michael, thinking that Stanton would buy his fake report. Then he proceeds to force T- Bag to make contact with Gretchen Morgan in order to hunt for a suitable buyer for Scylla.
The gang finds out Self’s deception and Michael tries to establish contact with Stanton at the Homeland Security. Alexander Mahone throws up a suggestion to exit the warehouse as Michael is concealing yet another bleeding.
General Krantz kills Scuderi who had asked him about Michael’s runaway as he is quite upset about it. He then commands his men to find Scylla as soon as possible, using all available resources.
Along with his team Herb Stanton raids the warehouse but is met with failure, so Stanton phones Michael who makes Stanton realize Don Self’s betrayal.
The group has a meeting at a run down motel where they deliberate on their strategy to nail down Don Self and conclude that they have to get to Gretchen Morgan very fast. Sara is quite concerned by Michael’s health as she gives him more injections.
Lincoln informs all about the deceiving schemes of Self to Gretchen who calls him up and then agrees to meet him in a park.
There is a briefing on the current happenings being given out by Stanton to Senator Dallow and U.S. Marshall Sooter. In the mean times, the general now has the knowledge that Gretchen has not yet left Los Angeles.
It does not take much time for the group, at the park to realize that they have been tricked. The try to run away but Lincoln is detained by the Federal agents. Gretchen herself is attending a meeting at Rita’s house with Self who want Gretchen to find a buyer for Scylla.
Lincoln is kept at the warehouse as Michael is called in to chalk out a deal with Senator Dallow who now wants the brothers’ help to know about Self’s plans.
As Michael goes up to the warehouse, he has plans made up for Sucre and Sara to leave but they don’t budge, even on Alexander Mahone’s insistence. Michael confronts yet another trap, as Stanton is all set to kill him but the U.S. Marshall Sooter murders Stanton instead and orders the brothers for a meeting with the general.
Sara and Sucre come in time, as Lincoln kills Marshall Sooter. Senator Dallow is not very pleased and opts out while Michael learns that Alexander Mahone had deserted the group.
Vikan is the guy who is interested in getting Scylla but he points out to Gretchen and Self that a part is missing, hence the deal will not get through for an incomplete Scylla.
Don Self calls up Michael to know about the absent part and he gets a sharp reply “come and get it.”
