The gang draws up plans to steal Scylla and learns that that the room containing Scylla is well equipped with sensors to determine change in temperature and noise and also has solid concrete and glass walls.
Michael’s condition is still very bad and quite hesitantly he agrees upon a medical treatment even though his mind is on the job of stealing Scylla.
Gretchen Morgan attempts to seduce the General, in order to steal the card for Scylla, but he knows her well and tells her that she won’t get what she really wants, and after giving a dire warning lets her go alive.
T-Bag’s boss offers him a complimentary cruise trip that leaves the same day but he refuses in the lust of getting his hands on Scylla.
Alexander Mahone advises Michael not to go along with the team, as the others proceed to steal Scylla. T-Bag has doubts that Trishanne may be a secret agent, who in the meantime informs Don Self that a buyer of Scylla did come at the Gate. T- Bag shares his thoughts with Gretchen who rings up Feng for help.
Even as Don Self has given the news to Michael regarding the failure of Gretchen to nick away the card from the General, Michael, showing his concern for the group refuses the medical treatment and with some medication from Sara goes ahead to lead the plan.
The General is apprehensive regarding the safety of Scylla, especially after foiling up Gretchen’s attempts, so he asks his daughter Lisa to shift Scylla to some safer place.
Moving towards the Scylla, the gang incorporates elaborate steps to step into the chambers. An electromagnetic field helps in shifting the steel in the concrete walls, and umbrellas are used so as to not let any fragments of the wall, on the floor. Sucre then tries tackling the room temperature by putting up nitrogen containers in the room but as he is climbing up, a container falls from his hands but showing agility he prevents the container hitting the floor, thus hanging himself upside down in a queer position.
Trishanne falls in to the trap laid by Gretchen and T- Bag, as upon reaching the address where she had falsely learned that the buyer would be present, she is attacked by Feng’s group.
Sara keeps an eye on Lisa leaving the office at the Company and Michael is again getting week as he is drilling into the wall of glass.
Just when Michael touches the Scylla, an alarm goes off, informing the General that the thieves for the Scylla have arrived.
