Gretchen Morgan has T-Bag captive at his home, and she, using a knife keeps cutting his arm until he blurts out everything he knows about Scylla.
The gang tries to convince Agent Self the relevance of their going to Las Vegas to grab the card from Scuderi. Agent Don Self then takes Alexander Mahone to question him as to how to reach the Company.
Trishanne, T-Bag’s receptionist telephones Bellick, who had left his contact number at the GATE and tries to broker a deal for some money in exchange of information on T-Bag. The team heads up to Las Vegas with the exception of Michael, Bellick and Mahone who decide to tackle T-Bag and instead fall into a trap. Alexander Mahone is successful in escaping but Michael and Bellick are shoved by T-Bag into his house, threatening them with death if Michael does not help in decoding the Bird Book.
From Self, Alexander Mahone takes the GPS tracker to help out Michael but he tells Self to stay put with the plan.
The rest of the team is, in the meantime, in Las Vegas where Roland is closely watched by the security at the casino, while no word from Michael is bothering Sara. Lincoln then tells Sara that Michael may be having a brain aneurysm like their mother, because she too had nose bleedings at the same age like Michael
Michael quietly sneaks in one of the Bird Pages about the GATE in his pocket, questioning T-Bag about everything. T-Bag points the weapon at Trishanne and forces Michael to reveal that the Bird Book is a blueprint.
Hiding in another room, Gretchen Morgan sees Bellick’s ankle monitor, so when Alexander Mahone breaks into the house, he sees no one around except the two ankle monitors on the table. But he does find an origami bird which is the clue about the GATE.
The captives are now at Trishanne’s place where Michael assembles up the blue print from the Bird Book. Trishanne lets Bellick know that someone is there with T-Bag and he is not operating alone. Michael explaining to T-Bag that his motive is just money, also tells him that Scylla is basically the Company’s little black book.
General Krantz dispenses orders to Wyatt to get rid of Self, but Wyatt is unable to find Self as he is at the General’s office showing him his files on investigation about him. If Self is dead, other agents would be at the General’s back.
In Las Vegas the gang trails Scuderi near the poker tables to know about his card’s whereabouts but Roland’s laptop gets out of control as it starts piling up the entire casino’s slot payout data, the job for which the software was made by him so Roland asks the team to stay on hold. Sucre announces that Scuderi does not have the card on him, so it must be in his room. Sara dresses up in a bikni to seduce Scuderi but it turns out that he is gay as he makes a pass on the bartender. So now it’s Sucre’s turn for seduction.
Gretchen abducts T- Bag’s co-worker, Andrews at Gate and forces him to resign from Gate before murdering him. T-Bag and Michael go to the Gate office where in a storage closet Michael rips apart the carpet to reveal an underground chamber opening through a metal hatch in the floor. Instantly Mahone comes up and together with Michael locks up T-Bag into a cage.
Fernando Sucre tears up his shirt at the pool side and is invited by Scuderi into his room. Sucre is quite edgy but the device gets him all the information from the card of Scuderi. But instead of having sex with him, Scuderi wants Sucre to have sex with his wife and even offers money for the same. As the gang is about to leave the casino, Roland rigs up the slot machines and wins loads of cash. The security takes away his device and throws him out of the casino.
Self, Michael and Alexander Mahone discuss up the blueprint and realize that they can decode the Scylla under the Gate. They are about to leave when a cell phone beneath a trash can starts ringing.
Gretchen is on the phone and explains to Don Self that the remaining Bird Book, is in her possession but she will only consider an exchange when T- Bag is released.
