• Col. Escamilla: (to Lechero) I thought we were compadres, you and I. I let you run your business, have your whores. When you asked me for your own personal supply of water when the plumbing went down, did I not provide it? When you asked me to get rid of the phones, make them contraband, so you could control the trade in here, did I not comply? I do all of this for you. And, in exchange, you were to do one thing for me: keep these men in line!

• Susan B.: (to L.J.) I get it. You’re a human being with dreams, plans for the future, all that. But whether you live or die isn’t up to me anymore. It’s in your uncle’s hands now. So let’s just hope he does his job.

• Whistler: I meant what I said earlier, about Sara.
  Michael: Don’t you ever mention that name again. We’re getting out of here and I’m trading you for my nephew. And I’m going to find out who’s responsible for taking Sara’s life. And I’m taking theirs.

• Sofia: We’re both doing what we have to for the people we love.
  Lincoln: You do this, you’re shooting my son yourself.

• Whistler: Who goes first?
  Michael: Right now my life isn’t worth a damn without yours. If this doesn’t go as planned, first guy through that window gets shot. That guy can’t be you. I’ll go.

• Whistler: (to Michael) I don’t know what you’re thinking, but killing me is not going to solve your problem.

• Michael: You want a reason to kill me?
  Lechero: I’ve got a good reason to kill you. Because of you, it’s no longer possible for me to efficiently govern this prison. Justified or not, the men no longer have faith in me. That leaves only one thing for me to do to guarantee my survival.

• Col. Escamilla: Whoever tried to escape assaulted one of my men. As you know, any attempt on the life of a Panamanian soldier warrants the death penalty.

• Lincoln: I appreciate you hanging around, man.
  Sucre: We started this together, bro. Let’s finish it that way.

• Lang: (to Mahone) I’m not blind. My brother was a user. I can smell the stuff a mile away. Don’t you accuse me of being the one who’s hiding something.

• Whistler: (punches Michael) Sorry, mate. I’m afraid only one of us is getting out.

• Bellick: I’m sorry, Michael. I mean it. She (Sara) was a good person.

• Michael: Hey, have you seen Whistler?
  Bellick: No. You know I spent my whole career trying to keep bad people behind bars. I somehow knew with my job I was making the world a better place. And then I hear about what happened to someone like Sara. Damn. It doesn’t seem like there is more bad people out there than in here.

• Michael: This man… this man is no friend of mine!
  Whistler: What happened to your girlfriend has nothing…
  Michael: Her name was Sara! And she was a good person and she’d still be alive if it wasn’t for you.

• Sammy: You know why we here, boy?
  Whistler: Well, I’m no doctor, but I’m just guessing your mother had a little bit too much to drink one night, and um-
  Sammy: Keep talking, and you’re gonna be next.

• Lechero: You are breaking out of this prison, Mr. Scofield, and you’re taking me with you.

• Lechero: Once you make such a declaration, there’s no going back.
  Michael: There’s nothing to go back to!

• Susan: I know you’ve wanted to live by an ocean your whole life. It’s sad that the closest thing you’ll get is to be buried under one.
  LJ: You’re not gonna kill me.
  Susan: Oh?
  LJ: You need me. You already killed Sara. If anything happens to me, you’re out of bargaining chips.
  Susan: If Michael doesn’t get Whistler out today, I don’t need to bargain anymore. You’ll all be dead.

• Lincoln: Wow. I’m impressed. You actually got the guts to look me in the eye as you stab me in the back.
