Welcome back!
Agent Ives is briefing agent Alexander Mahone in his backyard regarding the security of the Mexican and Canadian borders.
Sitting on a bench of a park, Michael reads the newspaper headlines on the front page: “Manhunt For Fox River Eight”. His eyes darts towards a man passing by and unloading food boxes from his car. Swiftly, Michael nicks off one of the man’s food box and proceeds to the hiding place where the others are nervously waiting for his return. Shortly, after having their food Michael informs Abruzzi, Sucre and C-Note that they all have to part ways. He gives a dollar to Abruzzi so that he may call up his friends in the mafia and also gives some money to C- Note and Sucre for their immediate needs.
Lincoln reads an article about the court hearing of his son, LJ and is obsessed in getting him out. Michael is reluctant and unsupportive of the idea, but finally he agrees and asks Lincoln about all the information about the Cook County Courthouse where LJ is being kept. They set off to find the place where Michael’s car is parked and Lincoln calls his son, and relays him a message, “On the third, look out for Otis Wright. Until then keep your head up.” The message is tapped by FBI agent Alexander Mahone who has already been questioned intensively Lincoln Junior. LJ confirms the agent that he was chatting with his attorney, Nick Savrin. Disbelieving LJ, the agent informs him that Nick had been found dead in his apartment. The agent then again questions the meaning of the coded message and even threatens him of dire consequence like a term in the prison.
David has cut off his hair and is at a train station in St. Louis, Missouri, where he has come to buy a ticket to Utah but he is getting much too fearful about being caught and after waiting for long, leaves without buying the ticket. He then strolls through St. Louis Tech’s campus wearing a stolen St. Louis Tech sweatshirt and meets a college student named Debra Jean Belle and asks for a ride to Utah but Debra gets doubtful of him. Even without the use of anesthesia, T-Bag’s left hand is fitted again with the help of veterinary Dr. Marvin Gudat whom T-Bag then murders with the use of an injection. He steals the doctor’s clothes, bleaches his hair and drives to Utah in Marvin’s Jeep by navigating through the vehicle’s onboard navigation hotline.
Warden Pope and Captain Bellick report to the Illinois Department of Corrections headquarters after they have failed to capture any of the escaped prisoners. A prison employee, Geary, who had earlier been dismissed by Warden Henry Pope, informs the D.O.C. Committee that Captain Bellick had sold the Prison Industries to one of the escaped convicts John Abruzzi. The D.O.C. Committee, after due deliberation finally announces the verdict to suspend Warden Henry Pope for the escape of inmates from his prison and to expel Captain Bradly Bellick for his illegal dealings with penitentiary convicts. This flares up Warden Pope and he speaks that convict Michael Scofield is the one who should be held responsible for the escape. Following this outburst, Pope straight away resigns from his post as a mark of solidarity for his assistant Bellick.
Warden Henry Pope visits his office for the last time and as he collects his things, he recalls how he was betrayed by Michael. In an outrageous manner he destroys the model of Taj Mahal model that Michael had helped him construct for his wife as a wedding anniversary present. Bradly Bellick seats himself on his bed and conceptualizes and nearly tries to commit suicide but on hearing from his mother about the huge cash reward for turning in escaped convicts, a whooping $300,000 for Lincoln Burrows, accused of murdering the President’s brother and $100,000 each for the other seven fugitives, he lowers his shotgun.
Part-1

Lincoln waits outside a hardware shop as Michael enters in to buy few things but Lincoln is noticed by a woman with a dog in tow. She instantly remembers him and shouts for police car as Lincoln moves inside the hardware shop and tries to pull Michael out as a police officer enters the store, followed by more police forces and Lincoln and Michael can’t reach their car where their backpack with their fake passports and other things are still in the vehicle. So they proceed to the courthouse and reach the roof of the Cook County Courthouse through the fire escape stairwell on the side of the building and move into the elevator shaft. Inside the third floor of the courts, as FBI agent Alexander Mahone, Lincoln Junior and his guard wait for the elevator, LJ abruptly translates the code his father had left for him. “On the third” refers to the third floor of the courthouse, and “Otis Right” refers to the right-side elevator made by Otis Manufacturing. Michael and Lincoln’s spur-of-the-moment break-out plan turns unpleasant when agent Alexander Mahone also breaks the clue left at the last moment by Lincoln and moves inside the elevator with LJ. Lincoln and Michael pop up from the roof, but are incapable of pulling LJ out with Alexander Mahone pulling him down. The instant Lincoln Burrow’s weapon is dropped; agent Alexander Mahone hits the alarm button. LJ pleads his father to leave him, and is taken away by Alexander Mahone. Running away from the police, Lincoln and Michael get on a standing delivery truck, but as they are about to climb in Lincoln gets wounded as he is shot on his legs.
Back in the courthouse, LJ is verbally informed by a guard that he would be going to a detention center in Kingman, Arizona.
