One of my favorites, Prison break couldn’t make it to the award this year. This is not even on the top ten nominee list for Emmy. Well, I know it has won just one Emmy for its music in 2006, but this year it deserved to be nominated at least. Once it won people’s choice award too, due to its popularity. The serious kind of drama took a very interesting turn in its second and third season and now is going to be back on screen in September this year. Because of the interesting developments in the season two and three and I was expecting it to be a nominee, if not a winner.

In the second season the prisoners got to escape and Alexander Mohan is deputed to track the absconders. Secondly the love interest of Sarah and Michael was the main attraction of this season. Finally when Sarah gets murdered, it kicked of numerous rumors about the coming season and story. This is the real impact of a drama show when it involves people to that extent that they start debating over the happenings of the show as well as make predictions about the coming developments in the story.

I personally love the show because of its theme of justice. We see such cases in real life too, where people get trapped into false cases and fight till the last breath to prove their innocence. Whether these cases get highlighted or not, but it’s true that such things happen in the contemporary society too. Nobody can deny this fact, that however developed a country could be can’t avoid injustices and that is exactly what is shown on the show, a bitter reality, but in an interesting way. I am very eager for the upcoming season as there were many questions left behind about the Sarah and Michael in the last season. So I want the reply. Till then I can just do that download the third season from this site and keep making guesses.
